Founder's Story

In 2015, I applied for the Chevening Scholarship. I was fortunate to win it on my first attempt, but the process was far from easy. I remember how confusing, stressful, and overwhelming it felt trying to understand what was required, what mattered most, what documents I needed, how to prepare, and how to write strong essays without a clear guide.

Towards the end of my application journey, I was fortunate to meet former scholars who had gone through the process before me. Their support made a huge difference. They helped me understand what to focus on, how to tell my story, and how to present myself with confidence. That experience taught me something important: scholarship applicants do not just need information. They need guidance.

Over the years, many people have reached out to me asking for help with their scholarship applications. But personal one-on-one mentoring is not scalable. Every year, thousands of talented people apply for scholarships, and there simply are not enough former scholars to guide everyone through the process. Many strong candidates miss out, not because they lack the potential, but because they lack the right support at the right time.

Ten years after my own application, I still see the same gap. There is no simple, reliable, and structured platform that guides applicants through the entire scholarship journey from start to finish.

That is why we created Scholarship Tracker, an AI-powered scholarship navigator built to help you discover opportunities, understand what each scholarship requires, keep track of deadlines, prepare your documents, strengthen your application, and receive practical guidance throughout the entire process.

Winning the Chevening Scholarship changed my life. It gave me the opportunity to undertake an MSc in Sustainable Energy Systems at the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom. Since then, I have built an international career, working on renewable energy projects across different countries, and I am currently based in Sweden. None of that would have been possible without the opportunity that Chevening created.

My hope is that Scholarship Tracker becomes the guide I wish I had when I was applying, and that it helps many more people feel prepared, supported, and confident enough to win.
